Overall good hotel. I will stay again. Bed was comfortable and water gets hot which is great! Breakfast was ok- eggs were very salty. I didn’t like that you can hear your neighbors opening and closing their doors! I didn’t like house keeping knocking on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign out.

We had been traveling for a month. This was our last hotel stay on the way home - by far the best. The room was very large. We had a King Suite that included a pullout couch for lounging. The bathroom too was large. Many places to hang/put clothes. Even though it was only one night - it was a great way to end our trip. I would stay here again.

I had a quick stay, but did check everything out. The gym was surprisingly good. The desk staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was not to my taste, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. I would happily recommend this hotel.

No power to RV chargers
Hotel is clean and appealing. The charging stations outside did not work. A person parked beside me threatened to go to another hotel and they finally turned on one charger. They said they didn’t know how to turn on the power for any more stations

Wet Matress
When I got into my bed it was soaked. I don’t know what was soaking it but I was disgusted. Luckily the other bed in the room was dry. Regardless, that is everyone’s nightmare to get into a “clean” hotel room bed and have a spot of the mattress soaking wet. Last time I stayed here was fine, so I booked it again but this was disappointing for sure.

The hotel itself is great. Everything is new and it was a comfortable stay. Things went South the day we were supposed to check out. We were there for soccer and my daughter had an early game so we came back to rest in between games and to eat, come to find out, they already cleaned out our room and threw away our food. One of the women actually went through the garbage to see what was thrown out in my room so they can determine a monetary value for the fact that we couldn’t even go back into our room. It was a super frustrating experience and I’m not really happy with the way it was handled.

The overall stay was good however the pillows are terrible. Staff is friendly and professional. Two ladies at the front desk were awesome.

No soap for residents
Hotel is clean and comfy however, we checked into our room to find that there wasn’t any hand or bath soap for overnight guest. I called the front desk and was told “there were out of stock”! How is a hotel that is expecting guest out of soap for their shower discrepancy!? Rep then stated she found a bar of hand soap and I could come to the front desk to get it. Poor service, poor management these things should of been discussed before I was checked in and settled
