My family and I enjoyed our stay at this nostalgic apartment. Very clean and spacious! Close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The only issue is the rain on the air conditioner was a bit loud. Would definitely recommend

A great weekend
I was in Dayton visiting my daughter and her family. This property is only a block away from them. It made everything so convenient. The manager is an added plus. He was very kind and even loaned me a steamer in case I didn’t want to use the iron. This is my second time at this address, just a different apartment. Both provided a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be a repeat guest.

Beautiful Apartment, Beautiful Neighborhood
The Oregon District is so quaint and historical. The first floor apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, including beautiful hardwood floors. Parking is off street and convenient. James answered all of my questions and was a great host. The only drawback is out of his control. A tenant in the building parks near the bedroom window and hits her unlock button causing a confirmation beep numerous times as she leaves for work at 5 am, waking up all but the deepest sleeper.
