My room wasn’t ready at 11am and had to come back at 3. My reservation wasn’t in the system and had me scheduled for less days than I paid for. A few days before it was time to check out asking me to pay again. The alarm went off at least 2 a day and the middle of the night. My refrigerator didn’t work so my food went bad, found a bed bug on my wall. One my first night. A staff walked in my room because they don’t even have my room updated from vacancy.

It was OK. It is a well-used building, with many what appear to be long-term residents. Many rooms allow smoking, and you can smell it when you walk in. Maintenance is baseline, and it runs to shabby. That said the power stayed on, the internet worked, the water ran and the AC worked. It filled the need that I had and was inexpensive.

The environment was noisy and messy. The restroom in my room reeked of mildew. I stayed on the ground floor and my window had a broken lock. My upstairs neighbor was very loud. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. The laundry room functioned properly. Knobs throughout the room are broken. Mildew and tobacco smell everywhere. Very noisy.

On Friday, May 1st, 2026 when I went to check-in at the INTOWN SUITES EXTENDED STAY SELECT DAYTON OH- MIAMISBURG, Rafael, GM was working the front desk that afternoon and he informed me that my reservation was canceled since there was NO CREDIT CARD for PREPAYMENT on my PAY AT PROPERTY reservation. I said my MC was in there. Then his story changed and he said "YOUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELED THIS MORNING BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ENOUGH MONEY ON YOUR CARD FOR PREPAYMENT & HOTEL BOOKED UP CALL 844#. THX He proceeded to PRINT OUT A COPY OF MY EXPEDIA.COM CANCELATION LETTER. He was unprofessional with an attitude and rude behavior. Not such great qualities to have for a NEW GENERAL MANAGER of a well known reputable Corporate Owned Property.This is the 3rd or 4th time I've been stranded without a room at this property AFTER making my reservation in advance either by phone, calling hotel number directly and 4 hours later hotel is SOLD OUT or online through third party booking or through the InTown Suites Extended Stay website and/or through their app. NOT ONCE DID THEY TRY TO ASSIST IN FINDING ME ANOTHER HOTEL WITH A COMPARABLE WEEKLY ROOM RATE. This particular property is a nightmare advance booking so be careful when booking and call property directly to make sure they are not sold out or booked up. On one stay I noticed that half of the rooms were empty 50% occupancy where the parking lot was pretty bare and they still insisted that the hotel was full. Thank you for allowing feedback

The stay never happened, I got into town after the office closed so i had to find another hotel, and theres wasnt anyone that could check me in. My reservation was automatically canceled but the property did charge me for 1- night stay even though i wasnt able to check in. I hope i get my hotel key points for that 1 night I got charged.

Function: Everything in our room worked. (AC & heat, TV, microwave/stove and all lights and plugs) Cleanliness: We selected a room with hard floors because we have a toddler & hotel carpet is gross, but later learned that the rooms without carpet are “animal designated.” The table legs had dog pee on them, there was pee on the corners of the cabinets and underneath them, and I had to mop the floors with a mop that I brought 3 times before the water was no longer black. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. BYOCleaning products! Security: There is zero security at this hotel and it is sketchy. Our room keys kept malfunctioning and each time we went to the counter to have them reset, our room number was loudly repeated back and announced to the room, and they not only didn’t ask for any ID, they didn’t even ask for a name! So literally anyone could have easily gotten into our room. Creepy! The side exit door was propped open with a rock or the rug every single night, which also not safe. Beware: Worst part of our stay was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. It happened 3 nights during our 1 week stay and each time it was around 1am. Ear piercingly loud and made our toddler so upset. We had to wait outside for the fire trucks to show up and clear the building and turn the alarm off. This was extremely irritating having to get out of bed and wait outside in the freezing temperatures with our baby. This is the reason we left early.

This property may have a kitchen, but there are no pots & pans or dish ware. You get one roll of toilet paper, and if you need more that’s on you to buy. Towels are small and you cannot ask for more. Office is only open 11-7pm Monday-Saturday, which isn’t convenient for checking in or out. This is where people are actually living and doesn’t fit well if you are not living there. More of this info should be stated in description.

Yeah their laundry was real convenient right up to the point somebody stole all my laundry and yes there is plenty of stores around if you wanted to leave your room and have all your stuff stolen because anybody and everybody could just swipe the key and go in your room from the time I got to this hotel till the time I left was nothing but misery aggravation the staff is rude don't care it's never there people running in and out of building all hours of the day and night one night I came out of my room and got on the elevator and there was a guy passed out with a needle in his arm my water didn't work in my bathroom couldn't flush my toilet they said I could check in I which was a lie I never had room service one time the towels the washcloths pillow cases room was absolutely discussing you smell like cat piss trash all over the floor because it was the only room they had available and I had to wait till almost 6:00 standing in the hallway cuz they have no common area I couldn't put me in my belongings anywhere and the night before I left it was raining really bad and the roof end up caving in and soaked me and my luggage which is just horrendous terrible experience flat out just terrible

Not personable but very clean!

Everything within the room was wonderful, along with laundry room as well. The smoking areas were nice with buttbuckets . The only problem was the front desk clerk/ manager named Rachel, who put on my door a note about no smoking in my room, of which I accidentally did smoke half of a cig while I was on the phone, flush it when I remembered, that was the 31st July. Then after I received the note landlord knocked on my door 2nd August and said I've been smoking I admitted to my forgetting on July 31st and did smoke half cigarette and apologized and told her I didn't mean to And it wasn't going to happen again. She knocked on my door once again on the 8th just before 2pm the day before my day to leave and said I've been smoking, I said I don't know which she smelled my cheap laundry detergent or stinky air freshener but it was not from smoking in my room. She said she'd be back to check my room, she never did.

Floors like walking on sticky fly paper. Holes in curtains and hanging by 3 hooks and didn't close. Floor turned my white socks black and smoke alarms malfunctioned went off 7xs. 3x in one day.scared to sleep in case real fire or alarms would startle me. I stayed up one night till 6 am. If I could post the video I would. I recorded everything. Ask Google if this place is for the homeless. That's all I can say

Not bad at all for the price. Steve the manager did a great job. Had an issue with the toilet but they were out to fix the next morning. Also forgot my key one night and the guy was there within 10 min and it was 1am. Over all great place for the money
