The space
Ocean front complex footsteps from the sand! There’s a beautiful pool and kiddie pool with a gate right to the no drive/park beach. 1/2 mile to Daytona lagoon water park and walking distance to screamers park, ocean walk, boardwalk, pier, Main St., great restaurants, bars, night life and shopping. There is a 65 inch flat screen TV in living room and 32” flat screen in the bedroom. 500 square ft of living space that has a SMALL balcony with SIDE VIEW of the ocean. Smack dab in the heart Daytonas bike week, race week, Jeep week, turkey run, bikeroberfest and the Daytona 500 just to name a few. BIKERS WELCOME!! 10 minute drive to the Daytona international speedway. Going to Orlando with the kids? It’s only a one hour drive from here and you can enjoy all the parks and the ocean here at the same time for 1/4 the price! Please visit our new restaurant called the pier house right downstairs! Guest access
Door code is changed after each guest. After the room is clean and I am given the new door code I will pass that along to you. Parking pass must be placed in rear view mirror immediately at check in. I am not responsible for any towed vehicles. One parking pass allowed per unit. Bikes are welcome to park in designated area and no pass is needed. There are no trailers allowed during big events however there is a lot across the street with paid long term parking of trailers .
Other things to note
There is the last phase of construction to the front face of the building that began on 5/1/2020. This does not affect you at all as we are on the other side. Part of the parking lot is fenced off for construction vehicles. Please pardon our appearance during this time as we are in our final phase of reconstruction after hurricane Matthew.
