Beautiful view! Unkept, dirty,disorganized, outdated condo
Check-in was super easy- picked up keys at Ponce Inlet Realty lock-box.
The location of the unit was awesome- 4th floor beachfront.
The unit- horrible! I would be embarrassed as the owner or the property manager.
VBRO listing doesn't show: holes in walls/scrapes, rusty chairs, wires hanging, curtain rod with no curtians, cigarette debris on patio, mirror fell off the wall in master bath/leaning on the faucet, new windows installed- no touchup paint/broken blinds, dust and paint on fake plant, pocket doors don't close, missing blinds so the ability to see inside front bedroom, food explosion in microwave not cleaned, dust and debris throughout, disorganized cabinets with food left from previous tentants; washing machine flooded entryway. Spoke to the property manager multiple times- they kept offering to refund us 10 percent and to book directly with them instead of using VBRO. I requested to speak with the owner which was denied- clearly they don't care about the guest experience. Definitely not worth what we paid!
