You will be staying at "Villa Rosetree", a 9-room villa with a total area of 400 m2 spread across two levels. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults and features antique and stylish furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall with a separate WC, a dining room, and a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a library, a digital TV with international channels, and a flat screen. Both the living room and the dining room have exits leading to the garden and patio areas.

The villa boasts a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
