"Average apartment in a prime location. Advert said that towels would be provided but owner messaged on the day of check in that we would have to rent the towels. And also pay extra for late check out. Never experienced that before at any holiday apartment or hotel. Just a nice fun fact to know before booking this place. Otherwise it was ok. "

"The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives: The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct. We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much. It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own."

"Problems with the place began when we hadn’t received any check-in instructions or any information from the host. Nothing! I was awaiting till 24 hour before. wWhen it was same day as arrival had to take place - I sent several messages in VRBO chat - no reaction! I was awaiting for any reply from 7:00 till 17:00 (check in had to take place officially at 17:00). I opened a discussion in VRBO support and they gave me host’s phone number.
