“The owner lives a couple doors over, so will meet you to let you in. The place is a little dated and the stairs are loud going up and down them. Shower is a little small, but it works and the water was nice and hot! All went well, I have no issues or complaints. I made sure to clean everything up before I left.”

“The property was perfect for our multi-generational family during wedding weekend. Comfy beds, nice towels, lots of space, everything was so thoughtful. Only complaint - I picked this place because it had a walk-in shower which is easier on my grandma, but the shower was VERY slippery.”

“This place was perfect. It was very clean and spacious for 14 of us. The weather was great so we spent a lot of time outside by the pool with plenty of space to spread out and have many conversations going as well as get together for dinner and lunch. “This condo is beautiful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed as far as bath and kitchen supplies. We were warned about the stairs, and honestly, they weren't a problem until the last day. I think we were just tired and 8 flights of stairs with luggage was a little much. Once the elevator is fixed, we will be back!”

“This 2-bedroom duplex is perfect for 2-4 people. It is nicely decorated, fresh and very clean. The host has thought of everything to provide for their guests. This is also in a very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. The host responded quickly with any concerns or questions we had. We will definitely stay there again.”

“The pool was visibly dirty and also cloudy. The indoor pool room smelled bad. Our room seemed pretty clean other than some stray hair in the shower, until we realized there was a very large spill(?) soaked into the carpet between the bed and bathroom. The staff was apologetic about it and it wasn’t noticeable with shoes on so I can see how they may have missed it, but still gross. ”

Front desk in-polite in check-in.
"Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com"
