"Everything was okay. "

"Everything was GREAT until another guest confronted my wife at 7am in the morning completely delusional accusing us (my wife, 16yrold step daughter and myself) of something (never spoke to this woman) we were staying to be close for my wife’s cancer treatment. The desk worker at the time allowed this to go on for about 5 min while my wife was completely distraught and the woman was trying to fight my step daughter all in front of a room full of other guest! Completely disgusted it was allowed to take place"

"Breakfast was the best! Eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, toast, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juices, and much more! The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The lake was peaceful. The food was amazing. The staff is accommodating however, the Split Level AC does not keep up with the humidity. Making it extremely uncomfortable even with a fan. "

"I want to start by saying the staff were incredible. They handled my concerns with genuine grace and respect, which I truly appreciated. The property itself—both interior and exterior—appears well maintained, and the pool and grill area provided a relaxing, enjoyable atmosphere. Nothing seemed broken or neglected. However, there was a consistent issue with an unpleasant odor in the hallways and rooms. I stayed in three different rooms across two floors. While the fourth floor was slightly better than the second, the smell was still noticeable in both the hallway and the rooms. This was disappointing, especially given how well everything else is cared for. It’s unfortunate because the staff works hard to create a welcoming environment, yet both guests and employees are affected by this issue. I hope management addresses it soon, as this hotel has a lot of positive qualities otherwise."
