"Upon arriving at the hotel the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. This is my second time staying at a SureStay Plus by Best Western hotel and I have only had great experiences. Unfortunately I waited to book my stay until the last minute before my trip, so I ended up with a larger room than was necessary for just myself, but I was still really satisfied with the room. Everything was clean, the wi-fi worked great, and the free on-site parking was convenient. The breakfast was alright, but it was free so how much can you really ask for. The location of the hotel is conveniently right off of the expressway and near a lot of stores and restaurants. If you are looking to go antiquing in Adamstown (as was I), this location is only a 15ish minute drive away. Overall, I had a great stay at this SureStay Plus. "

"The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs. Queen suite is on 4th floor, needless to say I got my exercise in. New Years Eve upon arrival a young gentleman who also was working at the dining area helped get me checked in. Super helpful, and informative with all my questions. In the am, we woke up to have the continental breakfast, a young lady tended this breakfast. This young lady kept tye garden room, tidy, and very well stocked with coffee, assorted begals, and muffins. Sweet and yummy danish, oatmeal, cereal. The attendant asked me if I needed anything when she seen me run out of cream cheese immediately offering me the new container as she even opened it for me. The only small complaint I had was about parking. Sure it was due to we stayed on New Years Eve. There was zero parking anywhere close to the building so another form of causing my exercise to increase. Just wish there was a loading area designated for the guests from the dinner customers. But overall great place to stay, wish I could've stayed more days than the one day I actually stayed. Maybe next time. Thank you for the wonderful stay, and service."

"I really liked the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. Everything seemed fresh and new. The staff was really nice and the breakfast had lots of good options. I also like the traditional decor with modern twists. The building itself was had good architectural elements also blending old and new. A great restaurant was right across the street. "
