“Expedia and the hotel lie. There’s no pool. Expedia refused to remove the photos of the pool when I asked and refused refunding so we could book elsewhere (it was a non-refundable booking). Chose hotel for pool for the kids. Went back and saw reviews, pool has been closed for year. Expedia is willfully false advertising.”
