Semi detached lodge set in a stunning location and ideal for families, although NOT SUITED FOR ANYONE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES, as it has very steep stairs.

WIFI, LINEN AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED WITH AMPLE PARKING.

Badgers Retreat is set in a lovely quiet corner of the Holiday Park ideal for children to run around and play safely outside

It is a great base for families and travellers who enjoy walking, cycling, nature, history and relaxing.

Kingsdown is also within a short distance from many activities for those who love something a bit more adventurous.

My chalet has everything you need to slow down and relax from books, playing cards and board games or a large selection of DVD's.

Downstairs the lodge has a single bedroom and the shower room. There is a living area with a TV and DVD player.
This leads to an open plan fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a dining room, with a fridge freezer and the washing machine.

The dining room leads out to a secluded garden edged with trees. It has a bistro table and 4 chairs and a washing line.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The twin room has a TV for DVDs
A stair gate is provided upstairs as these lodges do have VERY STEEP STAIRS. IT IS ADVISABLE TO COME DOWN THE STAIRS BACKWARDS. There is also a bed guard available. Upstairs toilet.

To the front of the property is a new decking area with patio table and chairs, plus a bistro set. Also available are 4 sun loungers.

On the Park we have an Indoor Swimming Pool children’s play area, crazy golf, tennis courts, table tennis and volley ball. These can be booked at reception, with a small fee for equipment hire.

There is a shop attached to reception, selling a few basic items. During the summer we have a mobile van ‘BEAN’ selling drinks, pastries and snacks.

The Park prides itself on the family friendly feel and it is joyous to see children playing safely in such a wonderful location. We also have a launderette with card only payment.

If you decide to leave the park you are 5/10minutes walk from the beach and we have several very good pubs which serve excellent food. Booking is recommended as they are very popular. There are long coastal paths for walking or cycling all the way to Deal. We are also spoiled for castles as we are close to Walmer castle which has stunning gardens, Deal castle and of course just 5 miles from the splendid Dover castle.
