ALL HOUSEHOLD LINEN is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels, excluding beach towels and baby blankets/towels for the cot). What's more, you'll have the pleasure of finding your BED made up on arrival 💤.

NOTICE TO PARENTS WITH A YOUNG CHILD 👶🚼: We have a large part of the necessary equipment: BABY BED, HIGH CHAIR, CHANGING MAT, TRANSAT, BATH SEAT + BATHTUB (see photo) and a RETRACTABLE PROTECTION BARRIER 🚧 to block access for young children to the interior staircase of the flat! A toy box completes the equipment.

ELECTRICITY ⚡ is included up to a flat rate of 50 kwh/night spent, the surplus is invoiced at 0.2268€ TTC per unit according to the HP EDF tariff in force on 01/08/2023 (meter reading on arrival and departure). This ELECTRICITY PACKAGE OF 50 KWH per NIGHT spent in the accommodation _(applicable only during the period between 1st October and 1st May of the year) _is normally sufficient for ‘normal and standard’ use of all electrical equipment (heating, hot water tank, lights, etc). All you need to do is avoid unnecessary consumption, such as overheating, turning off radiators and towel rails when the windows are open, simply lowering the temperature and turning off the lights when you're away from home during the day, etc. Thank you in advance for this eco-responsible approach to energy.

ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED NOT TO DISTURB THE PEACE AND QUIET OF THEIR NEIGHBOURS. The duplex is located in a luxury residence and it is advisable to respect its internal rules and avoid noise so as not to disturb the other residents. THE POSITION OF THE SÉVIGNÉ RESIDENCE is IDEALLY LOCATED between the 2 racecourses 🐎. It is totally QUIET, CLOSE TO SHOPS (Carrefour Market 2 minutes‘ walk away), THE BEACH (less than 5 minutes’ walk away) and NEAR THE CENTRE (the church district is 8 minutes‘ walk away or the Rue du Casino is 13 minutes’ walk away) WITHOUT SUBJECTING TO the inconveniences and hustle and bustle...

The residence is totally pedestrianised 🚶 (except for 2 side parking areas) and fenced all around!
It MEASURES 3 HECTARES (extending from rue des Ouvres in Deauville to route de Clairefontaine Tourgeville-Plage) and looks like a PARK with a few Norman-style buildings. You can LET THE CHILDREN PLAY in total freedom in this park, cycle along the paths without ever encountering cars, make friends, play TENNIS or go to the SWIMMING POOL... Having 2 children of my own, I can confirm that the Sévigné residence is truly a PARADISE FOR CHILDREN, leaving parents in peace!...
