Guest Access & House Rules:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, the terrace, and the communal courtyard. In case of cancelling the reservation, Airbnb's cancellation conditions apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and if a last-minute cancellation occurs due to accidents, illnesses, flight cancellations, or any other unforeseen events, we can issue a refund for the accommodation fee only if we successfully re-rent the apartment for the period you reserved. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip to reduce these potential risks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
