“Check in was quick & easy. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.”

“For 3 days, A/C was very loud. Ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Gym out of order. Water dispenser out of order. Sticky residue on room floors. Staff stared at us when in view of them - creepy. Definitely not worth the $. ”

“Very friendly staff. And clean. The only complaint would be the breakfast it could use some work. The lady keeping up with it was wonderful but the food wasn’t very good! I do believe they put waffle batter in with the country gravy! And the bacon wasn’t cooked good even for hotel breakfast. ”

“Room was dirty … don’t really notice the extent til we were ready for bed and plugging in chargers etc and see pic … shame on management not seeing this an not double checking staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Room had not been vacuumed by night stand in months if not longer. Clerk offered to move us but too late ”

“The rooms were clean and spacious. Good price for a place to sleep. Breakfast was good but there were too many people at 7:20am so things were pretty picked over and there was no coffee so that was a bummer.”

“Room was dated, beds were well worn, property has TRASH in the parking lot and around the building, Old (faded) boxes stored under the stairs, car seat and other toys on the walkway. Stairs were a hazard (concrete surface chipped away). Pillow looked like it had a dirty footprint on it. ”

“RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.”

“Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable king bed. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for deep cleaning. The pool was the reason I booked here. Guess i should have called to confirm. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty ”

“The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The only complaint I would have is the trash can in the front of the hotel was overflowing. I don’t think it was emptied any of the 3 days we stayed there. ”
