「The apartment looked shabby chic online with some industrial building aspects. In person, the property was considerably more worn. There was a hole and poorly patched hole on the walls in the bathroom, area rugs were very worn with some damage, and it smelled pretty badly. It was dimly lit along with the rest of the building. 「The A/C worked once we made a call and had to access the adjoining unit and switch the unit to heat. We were there and it was COLD but, understandably, the A/C units were set to COOL and not HEAT therefore we had no heat night 1. Once we got that fixed the rest was good.
