「Very lovely home! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!」

「Cute little house with excellent amenities. Perfect for our cousins getaway!」

「Historic home in great shape for 1795. The only concern for me was the steep steps to the upstairs with my bad knees. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and lots of beds. It is a perfect place for a big gathering. Plenty of kitchen equipment, pots/pans/dishes/glassware/serving dishes to entertain. The host, Yvette, was amazing. She responded very quickly with any question. The best I've ever dealt with.」

「Great property with alot to offer for all 3 families. Close to beaches,Marina, town eats, and night time activities. Property was kept up with and communication with owner was exceptional.」

「This house was the perfect destination for our summer vacation to Niantic and the Connecticut shore. Our family has been camping at nearby Rocky Neck State Park for the past 40 years. The close location of this home was exactly what we needed while vacationing for the first time with our newborn. This was also the very first time we used the VRBO app. This entire process exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, efficient, and we felt very safe having our newborn there for five days. We...

「This is a great location, walking distance to the green and other sites. It also worked well for our girls trip of 4 women.」

「Kitchen needs some serving dishes. Lawn was not mowed so it was hard to enjoy the back yard」

「Wonderful property and host!! Impeccably clean house and Chad was incredibly responsive and helpful!」

「Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the...

「Host was responsive to all questions askedLake was visible but not easily excess-able, but once there it was the highlight of the trip for our grandkids.」

「Gilbert is an amazing host! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Middletown.」

「This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen.」

「Lovely house - excellently equipped and fun decor. The owner was gracious and flexible and the location is beautiful. 」

「All aspects of our stay were excellent!」

「Cute, quiet little property, very clean! Lots of thought put into the amenities offered. Great communication w/host. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!」

「Lovely detached house close to beach and other interesting places to visit. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, a five year old and a toddler. We loved the reclining lounge chairs and having 2 full bathrooms. Aircon was great too.」

「I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach.」

「We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway!」
