River Welland The gardens on the southwest side of the main street through Deeping St James go right down to the river. The Welland isquite narrow at this point. In TF1707 the Maxey Cut, the Fally River Drain and the South Drain flow into the river making it much wider.

Staff were great, food good and gym was also good. Room was ok but the reason I’ve given it a 3 star was due to the shower. Door wouldn’t close so had to use loads of towels to keep the floor dry, shower tray filled with water and the shower waste cap came away revealing a very filthy waste trap. ...
