「Great location for hiking Acadia NP. Inquired if there was a fire pit, the booking agency said no, but we found out as we were leaving that there was a shared fire pit-disappointed. 「We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. 「This was an amazing and relaxing experience. It was cooler (48) at night but with the heater and warm blankets it was not an issue. Hanging out in the lodge at night was a great way to end the night with a cocktail and a game of cards. We loved camping in our younger days, but sleeping in the ground isn’t for my body anymore, this gave you the camping experience without the aching back the next day.
