「We had chosen La Villa des Violettes to visit Toulouse and we had a very pleasant stay. Though is was very hot are room was cool because of the airconditioning and outside the room the swimming pool was very nice. Visiting Toulouse by bus was very easy, so we did not use our car. Breakfast was excellent and we would like to have stayed longer, but that will be on another holiday.」

「We felt very welcome by the young man who received us upon check in. Then everything seemed to be too much trouble for the staff. I was told only one cleaner to clean the hotel. Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with...

「The room is spacious. The team is friendly. Good location to go around.」

「房间整洁，但很局促，两个人住，行李箱都没地方放。有车库，位置很少，也很小，适合小车停放。前台热情。地段优越，在市中心，步行去哪里都方便。我们只是路过，只住一晚。」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...

「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「Très bien」

「Very friendly staffs in the front desk, hotel room is clean & provides all the necessary facilities for travellers. Great location, simple breakfast but have everything we need」

「The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and with kitchen. There is a microwave with oven function, dish washing machine and a dryer in the restroom. Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take...
