「Dès l'entrée dans l'hôtel on est sous le charme de la décoration, du professionnalisme et de la gentillesse du personnel. La grande chambre était propre et confortable avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes ! Le repas du soir et du matin : un vrai délice avec beaucoup de choix gourmands ! Et pour finir la matinée au spa avec la piscine intérieure, les soins prodigues avec justesse sont le gros bonus et notre coup de coeur du lieu ! I ❤️ Tamerza Palace」

「An amazing place in the Tozeur oasis. Very relaxing. Had a refreshing swim in the pool. Breakfast brought to your cabin was good.」

「Pretty much every hotel in Tunisia is rundown and older. This one is clean, but in general facilities are not very good. Pool was nice, but no staff available to help with towels and no one taking orders for drinks which I finally ridiculous for a supposedly five star hotel. Also, any five star hotel should have wireless in the room rooms in this room does not. There is wireless in the reception area. Large buffet, but really for the size of it. Food was not all that great. Location is good....

「Bonjour nous sommes arrivé à 18h et pensions manger sur place au restaurant, le Monsieur nous à dit qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant car le cuisinier était en vacances,(j'avait reservé pour mon anniversaire ce week-end en amoureux)pas de bar à la piscine non plus,pas de petit déjeuner buffet, aucun produit maison au petit déjeuner, que des produits à bas prix de super marché,la dame emmenait tout dans un panier et deposait sur la table, un oeuf dur par personne, un yaourt tres sucré par personne,...

「The pool was freezing cold. The space in the room was super small and there was hardly any lights. The shower water was only slightly warm. The room needs some serious maintenance: door was squeaky and near breaking. Some of the walls plaster was coming off. Finally the Dar was really hard to find, hidden in a dark corner of the medina with no signs outside. The dar overall is nice but the rooms are overcharged for what you get. Breakfast is the same as usual across Tunisia. 」
