「Just to note the concierge was a bit of a dud. I had no idea where our room was, how to get to it or where to park. Usually you're given a map of the property or a least directions. Also we had many stairs and had an injured guest I should have asked about stairs before. The room was great although noisy with the train very early in the am. The rest was great and we had a nice stay.」

「My husband and I were in town for a special birthday party and we stayed at this wonderful new house. The house was immaculate, and Colette was very accommodating for early arrival. 「This property was perfect for our needs. It is well kept and communicating with the property manager was easy (they even left us a small welcome gift)! They could be more flexible with check in times, and there were some small mix-ups with confirmation, but would definitely recommend overall!」

「Just wrapped up 2 weeks at the Beach Haus condo. Bright, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood across the street from beach. Great communication esp during a glitch which was fixed quickly by responsive management. Would just make a couple of minor recommendations-removing gym access as there was no work out room on site- just opportunity to go to a gym/yoga etc within driving distance, maybe put a stick vac in closet for those staying more than a few days to be able to tidy up from dogs/sand etc....

「If you are looking for a kooky fun abode to stay in while in Del Mar this is it! If you are a clean freak, this is not for you! Not that it's dirty, but its hasn't been updated, so has some film of age. Luckily we are the former and not the latter. This is a charming house built in the 70's, with many unique features. The top room is incredibly relaxing with a full view of the ocean. The light system is retro space age. The kitchen is adequate, with accumulated utensils from over the years....

「I selected this property specifically for its proximity to the dog beach. I was visiting family and travel with my dog so I wanted him to be able to enjoy the beach as well. The off-leash dog beach is within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage has a fully fenced back yard and a hose to rinse my dog off after the beach and a small deck for him to dry off on.
