Fill your days with water-themed activities under sunny Wisconsin skies, swimming and playing from the home’s private dock. Grill up a delicious barbeque feast on the grill, afterward enjoying your meal al fresco on the shaded deck. Don’t feel like cooking? You’ll find 2 restaurants within walking distance of the home, along with a convenience store for staying stocked up on all the necessities. As the day winds down, gather around the firepit to swap stories of your adventures while toasting up a round of tasty treats.

When you’re ready to take things up a notch, head on over to downtown Lake Geneva for eclectic dining, shopping, and entertainment possibilities, while the larger body of water of Geneva Lake is waiting to host all your boating and watersport adventures whether taking a leisurely sunset tour of the lake or renting your own vessel to explore the shores yourself.

The home’s bright and open interior provides enough space for everyone to spread out and find their own private corner, with communal spaces designed to maximize connectivity and relaxation. Curl up in the cozy living room on plush sofa seating to binge episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV. The open floorplan organically flows into the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals at home. The chic high-top dining table seats 8 for formal meals and spontaneous family game nights alike.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and balcony.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and balcony.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
• A maximum of 2 total cats or dogs are allowed. Dogs must be on a leash outside.
• Please note that during the offseason months a boat lift is stored along the shoreline.
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
