Very poor hotel, avoid at all costs!

This really is a "budget"/poor hotel! Difficult to find as it's accessed behind a building and there's 2 flights of floors with no lift...annoying when you have a 25kg suitcase and no one from the hotel offered to help. They were painting the hallway right outside my room which gave off a toxic smell that was enough to make you ill. The bathroom was disguising and I did not attempt to use the shower. Bedding had marks / stains on and I don't think it was clean. I was also given a room with 2 single beds when I clearly booked a double room. Appreciate it's a low cost hotel but I've stayed at others in nearby area at same price which were a million times better! Would recommend you avoid this hotel at all costs!

It was adequate for the price. A bit difficult to find first try. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Wrong hotel advertised

The images shown for this hotel are wrong and are for another hotel. This hotel at this address is down a dark alley, have windowless rooms with unusable bathrooms. The reception is loud and unfriendly, we arrived after midnight (after pre warning then via our booking) we called the hotel twice saying we were lost with no helpful information given. Upon arriving all the staff were sleeping in the reception area. The hotel brand is FabHotels which we actually we drove past 2 days later (this hotel actually looked very nice) the hotel address advertised is wrong and no locals could give hus directions. This listing is very misleading and I would never recommend this as a place to stay, other local hotels are more than adequate at reasonable prices.

Stay away from this garbage. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, water leaking from dirty toilet onto the bathroom floor making the entire room smelling like sewage

from reception to room and the facilities are value for money. but the entry and exit of the hotel is very weird. at least for me.

With minimum service, paying too much for location

For the price, FabHotel is not a good deal. It is a stretch to call this 3-star. First, it is impossible to find if you’ve never been there before. I had the full address — and even Google maps pin was right on the building — but it is still a trying adventure. The “front entrance” is in fact an unmarked winding alley that dumps onto a side street with not a single sign for the hotel anywhere. The “back entrance” is through a restaurant in front on Connaught Place (CP), which the manager guided me thru when I had to call after unsuccessfully walking around for 15 minutes trying to find the entrance. The number provided was also a generic number for the chain, and I had to make another expensive roaming call to get to the hotel. Second, while the staff made best efforts to communicate with me in English, they did NOT make best efforts with regards to basic hotel niceties, like helping me navigate the taxi system. Third, the room was not made up everyday and hot water was unreliable, which I could understand for a cheaper hotel, but not for this price range. Pros: A/C and wifi were great. Convenient (basic) breakfast for Rs 120. Location is right at CP (once you figure out the alley), which is convenient for metro.

A bit strange hotel

A bit strange. The hotel doesn't really have an entrance - you can come in through a backdoor with no sign outside, or through a restaurant when it is open. The staff don't speak English, but were very kind. Not all rooms have windows (ours did and the view was nice).

Except Location there is nothing to say good about this hotel 1. Entrance is horrible 2. No lift 3. No Free Water 4. Free breakfast limited to Aloo/Onion Paratha and bread butter
