「Overall, was a great experience. The house was clean, organized and offered activities for the kids. Close to a restaurant and right by the water.」

「Had a nice stay. The house was as described. Just a note that there are steps to each bedroom. If you have someone in your party that cannot do stairs that could be an issue. The house had a great view and the outside deck was amazing. Plenty of parking for our group.」

「Peaceful location and wonderful cabin. Hosts had great communication and were easy to work with. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and for cooking. Looking to go back again for another quiet getaway. 」

「The house was very welcoming and perfect for our stay. The three bathrooms worked great for our group size. We liked the location downtown and quick access to any part of town. Host was super easy to communicate with on check-in process and any questions during the weekend. We will definitely stay again if availability next time we are in town. 」

「Very clean, close to restaurants, easy check in. Check in at 4 is a little late, wish it was at 3. The only negative is that it's right by the train tracks ans the train came every day early in the morning.」

「Great location to baseball fields we played at. Great neighborhood with close proximity to most of our needs with children (eating options, coffee shops, ice cream, and city swimming pool). The house met our needs and was very clean/comfortable! Host was very prompt in answering our questions! Would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Dyersville again!」

「My family stayed in this house for my nephew’s wedding. The location was great. The house had a large pool which we enjoyed very much. The house has many updates and was very clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay 」

「Great location and condo was extremely clean. Check in instructions were very clear. The 2nd pull-out couch, though not used, was very hard, even to sit on. Glad we didn't have to sleep on it. The larger couch was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was huge and very clean. Only complaint was the train that came by at 5:00am every morning and tooted its horn as a wake-up call!」

「Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Our 12 year old grandson ran upstairs and claimed "his baseball bedroom" within a minute of arriving! He told all his teammates about the house and "his room" .. they were quite envious when they heard about it! We are so glad we were able to join his family for this fun time and found your home to stay in. Michelle had the whole house stocked with everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again when in the neighborhood!」
