「This is a duplex with a basement that is only half a block off 41st street. I was a bit nervous of noise and lights but pleasantly surprised there was very little noise and the curtains blocked out any lights so rooms were dark enough to sleep. There are 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms with comfy beds. My 3 friends and I were all beyond impressed with the property and will stay again!」

「The ladies on my wife's side go to plays every year for X-mas gifts. This year they picked SF and a great play (Dear Evan Hanson). This basically new house was great for our group. It was a lot bigger than I realized and the 2 sitting areas was perfect (TV sports for me & movies/chatting for them). The double garage was a plus too. There were 5 of us and if you have a larger group you will have plenty of room. SF isn't that big so downtown and the sports complexes are all a short drive away....

「Not the kind of spot for working from your room or planning to stay in a lot. But for 1-2 people who want a clean, comfortable base of operations to enjoy the downtown Sioux Falls bars, restaurants and nightlife, this spot is ideal. Check in was a breeze. 「Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. 「Great Location, clean and well appointed little bungalow. All rooms were a great size and were comfortable. Very clean. Only a couple of little improvements recommended, the master king bed mattress needs to be replaced as the bed is becoming a canoe. 「We were in town to see our daughter present at Augustana this past weekend. The house and property were everything we needed! It was so clean, and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook in while we were in town. Loved the dog treats and dog bowls that were provided for our little fur baby. 「This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it!
