「The property is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had to reschedule our booking due to a tropical storm and the hosts were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway. Overall I would rate the entire experience as a solid 10. 」

「This place is truly an oasis in a beautiful part of the world. The furnishings and kitchen are contemporary and beautifully chosen. The view of the Rappahannock River is magnificent and there's even an osprey nest with ospreys that use it. The bathroom is gorgeous too. The hosts are welcoming and you are greeted with wine, cheese and crackers. I wish we lived closer so that we could stay there more often. Nearby Urbanna is also a great place to eat, take a boat ride, and enjoy the quaint town. 」
