In the district of Demi district, 500 meters from the telecabines of La Princesse and 2 minutes drive from the center of Megève, this apartment of 32 m2, tastefully decorated can accommodate 6 people.
It consists of an entrance, a living room with sofa bed type BZ, flat screen TV (not as pictured) and dining area overlooking a terrace with private enclosed garden and views of Mont d'Arbois.

Très agréable sejour!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Demi-Quartier. L'appartement était comfortable et pas loin (à pieds) des rémontés méchaniques. Nous en sommes satisfaits.

Appartement agréable. Très bon accueil du correspondant. Tout le nécessaire est disponible. Il faudrait changer la literie du lit escamotable et préciser dans l'annonce la taille des draps notamment 160 et non 140.

Vraiment petit, un peu usé

C’est un petit studio avec une chambre placard. Quand on défait les lits, on passe à peine. La séparation partage le salon en deux mais ne procure aucune intimité, ne vois pas l’interêt. Bien équipé mais l’ensemble est un peu vieillissant, rideaux déchirés, pieds du lit escamotable cassés. Très bon chauffage. Belle vue.

Bel appartement

Super séjour dans un petit logement très bien situé, bien meublé, avec tout le nécessaire. Une vue magnifique grâce à ses deux baies vitrées qui laissent largement entrer le soleil, et une petite terrasse avec jardinet très agréable. Nous reviendrons àl'occasion. Par contre, zéro pointé à Abritel qui encaisse le montant de la caution, et débite votre compte sans autorisation. Le contrat de location mentionne pourtant "un chèque non encaissé".

Cet appartement est idéalement situé entre les stations de Megève et Combloux et proche des commerces et remontées. Très bien meublé et agencé - Rez de jardin et grande terrasse exposée Sud. Vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine en grand nombre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix
