Main Floor:

The main floor features a welcoming living room with a freestanding fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a convenient bathroom, and comfortable couches for family lounge time. Step out to the deck for a BBQ on the new Weber grill or a soak in the private hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing on Mt. Baker.

Upper Floor:

The upper level features three bedrooms: two Queen bedrooms with private balconies and a fun bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Enjoy relaxing views from the balconies or cozy up in the bunk room, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Outdoor Living:

Embrace nature on the expansive deck, relax in Adirondack chairs, or take in the tranquility of the secluded cul-de-sac setting.

Important Notes:

Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

Technology:  WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online.  **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:  We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Groceries:  Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.

Parking Information
**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required.
-Parking is not permitted on roads within the Mt Baker Rim community.
-Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.
- Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay, and all vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway.
