A Second Home has four bedrooms and two and a half bedrooms, LARGE dining room, kitchen and living room, and laundry room. Each bedroom has its own TV and there is a LARGE screen TV in the living room. Guests often mention the home has beautiful views and is spacious for families and friends to gather comfortably.

You will see more trees and mountains than people when you are here. This is an owner-occupied property, as per the HOA rules. Owners occupy completely separate areas. There is a LARGE deck in the backyard that looks out on mountain views. It's the only Denali vacation rental with a completely paved driveway and parking area and two acres of quiet lawns and woodlands. It has a turn-around driveway with plenty of space for parking.

Owners are year-round Alaskans who have been hosting guests for 34 years in the Denali Area. They book rental cars and give accurate tour desk information. They offer free transfers to and from the Denali Depot if you book a rental car and train tickets through them..
