Staff is really helpful. I didn't have a chinese number to order food delivery. The hotel staff volumteer to use his number instead. I send a few online packages to the hotel and the hotel the package is well stored. Hotel surrounding is amazing.

The St. Regis Qingdao
Great location! Beautiful views! The room is really clean and comfortable! The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is nice and quiet, foods are well prepared . Will definitely stay here again next time visiting Qing Dao!

Good location and view. But it is difficult to find the hotel if you can not speak Chinese, since the name of hotel is not on the building.
