"Excellent accommodation. Our family is truly grateful, and we loved every moment of our stay. The view was amazing, and we especially enjoyed the private mini beach, it made the experience even more special."

"I wanted to follow up regarding the issues we experienced during our stay, which I’ve already reported through the customer portal with photos attached.Unfortunately, there were several serious problems that significantly impacted our experience and raised safety concerns.The hot water was inconsistent in both pressure and temperature (fluctuating between extremely hot and cold, with hot water running out mid-shower once).the spa was extremely unhygienic and released seaweed like debris when turned on. I had to get the kids to jump out of the spa quickly. there was a loose timber window panel in the kids’ bedroom that fell and caused minor injury. (hit me in the head and scratched my arm). I had two young kids standing next to me at the time.In addition, there were multiple maintenance issues including a broken ensuite tap, a jammed wardrobe door, and a non-functional roller blind.Given the number and severity of these issues—particularly those affecting safety and basic amenities—I don’t feel the property met an acceptable standard for our stay.I am therefore requesting a 60% refund of the total booking cost. I believe this is a fair reflection of the disruption, safety concerns, and unusable facilities we encountered.I’m happy to resolve this directly with you and would appreciate your prompt response."

"One of the best places we have ever stayed. The location, views, sunrises, spotless property, comfy beds and lounges, great TV , great kitchen. Host Jenny was friendly and lovely. We would love to come back to this place, we enjoyed the swims, the walks and just relaxing in the gorgeous penthouse apartment. Good parking and so many little extras. "
