It started with when we got there they had booked us the wrong room, even though i called and checked on this a month before. There was nothing they could do because they had already rented our room.
We got up to the room and was obvious it was in the middle of a remodel and was NOT ready to be rented. Curtains were missing, splotchy paint jobs, cabinets falling off their hinges, Kratom in the kitchen cabinets, a strong smell of weed in one cabinet, holes in the walls, cobwebs complete with giant spiders. The parking lot lights were in our windows with no curtains. In both rooms we had to let the water run for over 35 mins to get the brown color to go away.
The beds were clean, but un comfortable. Headboards definitely werent clean and lets hope it was just lotion and not some bodily fluid...
The second room they gave did have its curtains, and the correct kitchen. The pillows for the bed, some appeared to be square sofa pillows with pillowcases.
If i wasnt SO sick from throwing up the night before check out from the nice case of cellulitis i picked up while there..i would have demanded a refund at check out.
