Perfect service

Owner is a friendly and helpful guy, he will help you anything he can help. I know the room facilities maynot be prefect, but the service can cover all, I will no doubt to choose it again if I will visit Pamukkale.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The services is good! Walk around 10 minutes to Pamukkale, so convenience.

Quite Good

Just 5 mins walk from the famous tourist site. Shops are close too. Impressed that they didn't charge us any and let us to check-in in the very morning. Low price but good service.

Helpful staff is more then everything!

We arrived this hotel was already about 10PM, but the staff was really nice to serve us dinner quickly-a very very delicious Turkish food! I think this hotel maybe is not in modern style, but clean and cheap, also easy to walk to the travel sign of Pamukkle. And I had to say thanks to the counter lady, she was really helpful to offer us those transfer information!! I was happy that we took pictures together!

Otel eski Kahvaltı iyi. İnternet iyi. Resimlerde küvet gözüküyor ama odada küvet yoktu. Sauna ortak ve paralı. Fiyatı 5 Euro kişi başı. Hamam ve jakuzi de soğuktu.

Orta karar bir konaklama

Otel eski bir bina olduğundan çok aşırı konforluydu diyemeyiz ancak kahvaltısı ve temizliği iyiydi. Klima çok eski bişeydi sağolsun yardımcı oldular açtılar fakat geceleyin biz istediğimiz ayarı yapamayınca bebekler de var diye komple kapattık. Gece yarısı vardık sabah kahvaltıdan sonra hemen ayrıldık, uzun kalan kişilerin yorumları daha doğru olacaktır.

The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day.

Little Run down

Ok hotel for a one night stay. Our first room had ants in it but they moved us to another room. We didnt see any other guests so felt a little like a ghost hotel. Breakfast is adequate for the price. Its a shame that Pamukkale is so run down in general.

Das Hotel war durchschnittlich. Zimmer waren sehr groß, Instandhaltung der Möbel und Badezimmeramaturen ließen, wie meist in der Türkei, zu wünschen übrig. Pool war sauber, Klinkersteine an den Balkonen fehlten großflächig. Essen war für Olivenliebhaber gut....ansonsten halt türkischer Standard. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für 1 - 2 Nächte total ausreichend.

Sıcak ve güzel bir karşılama ile otele giriş yaptık, otel görevlileri çok ilgili ve samimiler. Gezi içi güzel önerilerde bulundular. Gelen olarak ailecek memnun kaldık.

Excellent dans l'ensemble

L'hôtel est loin d'être luxieux mais il a été plus que suffisant ! Il est situé à une centaine de mètres de l'accès aux sites de pamukale en plein centre dans une rue très calme ! Les chambres sont rustiques, la clim fait du bruit, le petit déjeuner est très très pauvre en choix ... Cependant le spa est génial, le personnel même si il ne parle pas tous anglais sont supers et l'accès a la piscine jusque 00h. Si je reviens sur pamukale, je reprends le meme hotel ! Rapport qualité prix excellent Ps : je suis habitué a des resorts luxueux pendang mes sejours et un manque de confort dans un cadre idyllique m'a sembler tellement dérisoire ! Conseiller aux voyageurs uniquement qui sont sont curieux de nature et autonome...

Great location and customer service

Pamukkale Terrace and Hierapolis were amazing. This hotel right there and so convenient to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel and owner are diamonds in this town

Awesome hotel in the beautiful town of Pamukale. Mustafa (owner), understands and applies genuinely minute to minute the meaning of being hospitable in the business of hospitality. He went the extra mile all the time to make sure I had a pleasant time at his property and in the town of pamukale. Hotel is walking distance to the hot springs, restaurants, and general transportation. Breakfast is amazing
