Beautiful house & amazing location

The house was beautiful and clean. Even better was the short location to the incredibly beautiful beach. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Highly recommend this place.

Great ocean-side stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The location of this rental couldn't be any better- it was extremely convenient to be able to walk back and forth to the beach as needed throughout the day. The extra TV space in the basement was great for the kids, and it was nice having a bathroom on each level. It's bright and spacious, and comfortably fit our family of 6.Cons: The 9am checkout is pretty early, and not being able to check in until 4pm was kind of a bummer- especially if the house has already been cleaned and is just sitting ready to go. It would have been nice if we could have at least parked a car in the driveway and gone to the beach while waiting for the 4pm check-in. Most of the exterior lights are burnt out, making it difficult when you return to the house late at night. While the kitchen is nice and spacious, everything seemed to be shoved in to random cabinets- it was hard finding what you needed because of this. Overall- We had a great stay and we would certainly rent here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was perfect, walk through the resident parking area and on the beach of one of the best bayside beaches on the Cape! House was clean and management company was super friendly. my family and I would love to stay here again next year and we would recommend this property to anyone who loves the Mayflower beach area! Also great proximity to some great restaurants!

Perfect Week at the Beach

The property was clean and bright. The proximity to the beach really couldn't have been any more perfect. We would walk out the door, through the parking lot and down the path to the beach. It was easy to come back to the condo if we forgot something or needed a break. The 2 things I was looking for - cleanliness and close to the beach. It was a really great week at a beautiful beach!
