The resort was absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean and updated and the staff was fabulous. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

What we like the most was being right at the beach. Also the place had its own kitchen which is a plus to me. And plenty of outdoor grilling on a beautiful set up. The one thing I recommend is a firepit area was missing and an area for a small playground for the little ones. Overall this resort has been one of our favorite and we will continue to come back. Thank you.

Room very clean and well stocked. Studio was very small, no closet, very tiny bathroom. Housekeeping hit or miss restocking the supplies. We loved location, the grounds, and the beach!!! We want to go back, but perhaps with a bigger room. We have been going to the Cape 2-3 times a year for about 30 yrs and this beach is fantastic!!! Great family atmosphere here.

Beautiful and clean resort. Wonderful beach access and indoor/outdoor pools. Perfect kitchenette to prepare small meals. Nice staff as well. Only issue was the mattress needs to be changed out - very uncomfortable

Lovely beachside resort. Not a lot within walking distance - except the beach- but lots of options close by if you drive Didn’t use the pool but there is an indoor and outdoor which was well kept Kitchenette well equipped Bed a bit too soft for me but that is personal choice, excellent king size sofa bed

A small part of the property is NOT on the courtyard or the beach, it's across the street. When booking on Expedia, this was not clear (to me, at least). The room was fine, but no views and only a slight inconvenience to walk across the street to the courtyard and beach.

This is our second time staying in the studio rooms at Edgewater Beach Resort and we are already planning on returning. The rooms are immaculate and very well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay with them.

The walls were thin so next door units were very noisy. Also room was smaller than expected. Bathroom vanity tiny. Room was spotless, kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and cookware, stove top & disherwasher, large frig/freezer, outside grills and picnic tables were very convenient. Inside & outside pools and private beach were wonderful. All the staff was wonderful and helpful.
