「The loft carriage house was a perfect home base for our weekend trip to Denver! The home was clean and welcoming on arrival with clear instructions on household appliances and needs. Angie also left ideas for sites to see and local places restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was inviting and walkable! I found a great local coffee shop with just a 15 minute walk. I would definitely stay here for any return visit to Denver」

「We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless when we arrived and had every amenity we could think of, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. The bed was especially comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay!」

「Great property」

「easy access .. quiet and safe street. recommended」

「Great place for my son and I to stay while in town for two nights for a concert. Highly recommend!」

「Perfect getaway for the visiting grandparents!!」

「Place was clean with comfortable beds. Host provided Keurig coffee pods as well as some shower necessities which is always nice. If you want an area you can walk around or walk to places this is not it, but if you just need a place to stay and drive to where you need to go this was great.」

「The place was great. Charming and comfortable.」

Now I realize this isn’t an issue for most people and I run hot because of medical issues BUT I think it’s something people should know. The other issue is that the neighbor’s outside flood light flashed the entire time day and night so I kept the master bedrooms blinds closed the whole time. Otherwise the place was GREAT! Great location central to everything in Denver...
