「Wonderful」

「Room was clean. Staff at the dining space were excellent. Parking is to be paid upon arrival - $5/night +tax. They do not validate. Using the Bonvoy app, housekeeping did not provide the requested items - extra towels, shaving kits. Upon checkout I was informed that the reservation paid through Expedia was a deposit and was charged an additional $35. A friend who booked another room, was charged a second time for the total amount and they said they would release the initial “deposit”. The...

「 room did not have a number on the door as they were remodeling the 4th floor. had to use key to find the room. Reservations had us in two rooms even thought one room was cancelled in March. Was charged for two rooms so not happy about that. I had even called the billing department 3 weeks ago and was told I would only have to pay for one room. I am out the $177 charged for second room that was cancelled in March.」

「Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area! Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.」

「The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues.」

「Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help...

「Everything about our stay went well, though I/family were frustrated when staying x2 weekend in a row and not either time was there yogurt to start the day or was it refilled either weekend during breakfast. Bummer when that is all the toddler wanted both times. Good hotel and good price other than that part!」
