The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with fresh hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The contemporary bathroom features a shower over bath along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. Guests can make use of on site facilities which include a gym, co-working space and restaurant/bar. Paid on site parking (£3 per night) is available upon request and is subject to availability.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment, and can also make use of the on site co-working space and restaurant.

The area offers the best of both worlds, with the apartment being set on a quiet residential street, but still being in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. A number of attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral and the Derbion Shopping Centre. Derby Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is just a 10 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.
Getting Around:

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
