「Gorgeous property, very clean with all amenities provided. Derek is quick to respond to messages and very helpful. It's the perfect cabin for a group of friends or a family. The property is surrounded by a river on 3 sides and the sound of the water makes for the perfect peaceful retreat. We're planning on coming back during swimming season!」

「We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped. We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse). We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people.」

「Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-)」

「Our stay was fantastic! The cabin is part of a small farm. We had a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the cabin. The cabin (second floor of a larger barn) was larger than expected and with a great kitchen. The wifi connection worked great, but the mobile phone reception was not, which was fine for us. The host was very welcoming and the stay included eggs from the farm from the hens that walked around the yard. There is a farm stand at the first floor of the cabin were the host sold...
