"Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option...

"Lovely central hotel. Great room and nice to have a bath in the bathroom. Breakfast room lovely but the cooked breakfast items were only warm- so it was not a hot breakfast which was disappointing. Second morning I just had cereal. But overall great trip and would recommend hotel !"

The breakfast area was clearly understaffed as they could not keep up with clearing and cleaning tables, nor keeping the buffet adequately stocked. The room was somewhat clean, stains on the carpet made it appear otherwise. This was a good value and well located for visiting the area."
