Lake Trasimeno is just 150 km from the door and offers excellent bathing facilities, and the beautiful Tuscan beaches are just a stone's throw away. The Adriatic coast is just 1.5 hours away and is perfect for a day trip.
The house accommodates 5-6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with washing machine, and a large lounge with an open fireplace. It features gas central heating and hot and cold running water.
