I was in town for a baseball tournament and decided to get a room last minute vs driving home 2hrs just to get back on the road at 6am to drive another 2hrs. Especially after sitting in 85° heat all day. The folks at the check-in were courteous and clear with the hotel procedures and amenities. 「We stayed because a grandson was running in the State Track meet. We had other grandkids - disappointed that 2 of the pools were closed, but enjoyed the one that was open. We happened to leave 3 pillows in Room 270. We stopped back after the track meet - about 5:00 pm and no one could find them. Very disappointed about that!! Still hope they will look into that and try to find them and let us know - we left a phone number.」

「Perfect location! Checking in was so easy and pleasant. Our beautiful room and view overlooking courtyard and the river was wonderful. Later, we asked another desk clerk about ordering pizza. He, too, couldnt have been nicer or more professional. We highly recommend this hotel!!」

「This is the 4th time that we have stayed at the hotel. The rooms are always nice. The property is kept up well and the staff are excellent. It's centrally located so if you want to go to a concert at the Wells Fargo Arena go to the Farmers Market or just explore the different food opportunities downtown. This is an excellent place to stay for the price.」

「My wife and I love this hotel, but this stay had a few more bumps: Check in: check in we will blame on getting in very late, but It took some time to get help to get checked in with no way to contact anybody. 「everything was clean and nice the only problem we had was the elevator quit working at the back end of the building so we had to drag everything to the front to get downstairs. But that's not really anyone fault」
