Check in was quick& easy.Lobby was clean &the employee was super kind. Our room was nice, spacious &clean. We got settled in, left to go swimming right away &were there til it closed at 11.Went to go to bed &there was a rattling/vibration sound that was very prevalent coming from the bathroom wall area that we didn’t notice til the air conditioner & TV were off. It drove me nuts as well as my family &we could not sleep. I called the front desk & asked them if we could please switch rooms. She said it was probably another rooms fan so I waited a bit. It stopped for a couple mins &started again, continued never stopping. We were able to switch rooms thankfully. The next room we moved to was spacious & clean. However, this time there was a dog next door that would bark every so often, & the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly. The first room had a digital AC where I could set the temp, the second room had a turn switch AC. I had it turned to the coldest setting on high & it would run for 5 mins & shut off for about 2 hours. I told them, they said it would be fixed when I returned or we’d change rooms again. We got back, it wasn’t fixed. The overnight desk lady is grumpy & not friendly, said she’d send a fan, never did. The pool looks NOTHING like the photos, needs upgrading, water was cloudy. Breakfast was a nightmare. They ran out of food 40 mins before closing hours &refused to make more food or put anything else out. Not even cereal. Ridiculous. Vanessa was very helpful
