Exceeded expectations
The room was stylish and spacious. Large bathroom and super comfortable bed. We loved the location and parking was a huge bonus. But the most precious was the welcome and hospitality of the host. Would definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable. Very good location Easy walk to town and the ferry. Good pizza place and grocery store nearby. It would have been nice to have ice since it was hot, but the AC worked well.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Charme - jederzeit wieder
Eine wunderschöne mit Liebe geführte Villa mit nur 6 Zimmern, die individuell mit antiken und modischen Elementen (tolles Bad z.B) gestaltet sind. Roberta ist die Seele des Hauses, sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist super hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas, der Kuchenduft für den frischen Kuchen am Morgen zieht Abends lecker durch den Saal. Zum Zentrum/See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, Parken auf dem Hotelgelände mit elektrischen Tor. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Lovely villa/hotel by the lake area
The Villa was very cute and room was quite big. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed the time there. Location is great, very close to everything. Room was clean and even towels were packed individually. Only bad thing was the bed, it was a bit too hard.

Obwohl ich übersehen habe, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und prompt vor verschlossener Tür ankam, wurde mir von Hotels.com telefonisch geholfen und die sehr freundliche Besitzerin kam dann auch gleich um mein Missgeschick zu eliminieren. Frühstück konnte über Hotels nicht gebucht werden aber vor Ort bestellt werden. Der TV war nur mit sehr wenigen italienischen Sendern eingestellt aber für was hat man einen Laptop mit HDMI Verbindung.

Weekend sul Garda
Posizione ideale per visitare il Garda.L'hotel è dotato di parcheggio interno, chiuso da un cancello automatico. Ogni camera presenta un tema (noi avevamo la stanza chiama Shangri-La), arredato con molto gusto e con uno splendido ed enorme terrazzo. Pulizia della stanza e degli altri spazi impeccabile. La signora alla reception davvero molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente l'hotel che consiglierei a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nelle zone del lago di Garda! Ps: diffidate da qualsiasi recensione negativa!

Sehr freundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das kleine Hotel hat nur wenige aber dafür sehr freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad sind schön groß. Es gab sogar eine kleine Terrasse zum Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und dem Yachthafen entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel sind gegeben. Die Wirtin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine Verständigung in Deutsch war kein Problem. Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely bedroom and balcony. Quirky cupboard bedside unit doors broken but don’t need to use. Needed better shower option. Spa bath good but not handy as took 15mins to fill sufficiently and door on toilet area would be better. Staff / owners however absolutely wonderful and helpful. As we had car great option as gated - so secure at nights

Maddelena top gastvrouw!
Ons vliegtuig had enorme vertraging, daardoor kwamen we s nachts laat aan. Maddelena deed er alles aan om het mogelijk te maken om in te checken (normale check in tot 18 uur), dit in goede samenwerking met de chauffeur van de transfer taxi. De relais ligt op een ideale plek. Tegen het centrum aan en heel dicht bij het Gardameer. Alles is makkelijk lopend te bereiken. De supermarkt vind je om de hoek. De kamer is ruim, met een groot terras. De kamer is leuk ingericht. Het is alleen niet altijd praktisch. Deurtjes van kastjes zitten los, geen haakjes om jas op te hangen en geen lege stopcontacten. Maar voor een paar dagen vond ik dit geen probleem. De kamer die wij hadden geboekt heeft een jacuzzi. Hier geen gebruik van gemaakt, geen fan van een bad. Miste daardoor wel een douche. De kamers zijn stil, ook al is er een doorgaande weg aan de voorkant van het hotel. Tevens parkeerplaatsen aanwezig indien je met de auto komt. Maar ook openbaarvervoer binnen handbereik (trein, bus en boot). Voor eventuele vragen en hulp over bv vertrektijden werden we goed geholpen. Een duidelijke print met timetables werd persoonlijk geprint en meegegeven. 's ochtends wordt er een standaard ontbijt geserveerd. Wij hebben een goede tijd gehad in dit relais en kan een verblijf hier zeker aanbevelen! Maddelena bedankt voor de goede zorgen!

Zimmer ok nur ziemlich finster. Stechmücken sind ein Problem. Frühstück war ausreichend, Kaffee sehr gut, leider nur lapprige weiße Semmeln und Toast, dafür aber guten Kuchen. Personal sehr nett Alles in Allem zufriedenstellend

Un accueil charmant dans un lieu élégant
Le Jardin Secret nous a enchantés: Nous avons été guidés et accueillis par des hôtesses très aimables; les chambres à thèmes, très propres et confortables, nous ont permis de bien nous reposer; le petit déjeuner fut délicieux. Le jardin, dont les hôtes du rez-de-chaussée peuvent profiter individuellement, fait de l'hôtel un havre de paix en retrait de la circulation. En somme,vous pouvez vous rendre chez Magdalena en toute confiance, vous n'aurez que de bonnes surprises. La ville en elle-même est agréable; les promenades au bord du lac offrent des vues pittoresques inoubliables. La Vénétie, ses habitants aimables et ses cadres enchanteurs nous laisse l'image d'un carrefour européen hautement civilisé.

Davvero un B&B ben strutturato
Esperienza positiva, Staff gentile e di compagnia. Il B&B è situato in una buona posizione per poter raggiungere il lago ed è molto tranquillo. Persino il nostro cane è stato contento del soggiorno! L'ideale se volete davvero rilassarvi un attimo e staccare dalla monotonia.

Waren hier schon zum dritten Mal. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Lage sehr zentral in Desenzano, von dort kann man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Un piccolo gioiello
Bellissima struttura a due passi dal centro di Desenzano, camere spaziose e pulitissime. La titolare è stata gentilissima, avendo noi confuso gli orari di arrivo, si è liberata raggiungendo la struttura per consegnarci la stanza.
