La vue est belle. Belle piscine. Les chambres sauf une, sont petites et sombres. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre (bien) mais elles sont petites. Et l'eau chaude est rare. La salle commune (cuisine, salle à dîner et salon) est grande et lumineuse avec les rideaux d'acier remontés.Il faut revoir l'installation WIFI. Il est nécessaire de sortir dans le stationement pour une réception potable. Pas de WIFI dans la villa.Un peu cher cette villa.

L’arrivée de nuit fut laborieuse, la villa est mal signalée, nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec le wifi et la piscine a tourné au vert.. Une fois les problèmes résolut , ce qui a pris plusieurs jours, nous avons pu profiter d’un endroit avec une vue magnifique et un logement très agréable et lumineux, dommage!!!

Perfect 25th anniversary in Guadeloupe

Incredibly well designed villa for indoor/ outdoor living. Beautiful and clean with very comfortable amenities. Only down side was no internet or television but after 7 days without either I’m starting to think it was better to not have it. Plan on coming back next year.

Super vue

La propriété est belle et a beaucoup de potentiel. La vue est exceptionnelle, la piscine super. Mais peut-être des petites de choses à remplacer comme le micro-ondes, le frigo, les matelas, la tv.. On pense que ça ferait une grande énorme différence. C dommage, à notre arrivée la fibre internet à été cassé mais le propriétaire a gentiment essayé de nous dépanner. En fin de compte, on avait un petit peu d'internet ça dépendait ou on se plaçait ds la maison. Mais on a apprécié l'effort. La maison à été nettoyer à la va- vite malheureusement pour nous. Nous avons aimé Céline, qui était super gentille.

Beautiful Location

An absolutely wonderful location and modern property. We have stayed in many villas over the years and this has to be one of the best! I would never tire of the view each morning once the shutters were opened. Complete with the resident 3 cats who my children fell for.

I can't say enough about this rental. Our flight was a disaster and our luggage didn't arrive for days, but it didn't even matter because this rental is so amazing. Let's start with the location - it's so close to Grand Anse (which is phenomenal beach). Easy to get to Deshaies (5 minutes away). The road leading up to the rental is a little rough and the best way to find it is to ask Celine to drop you a pin. Celine is the caretaker and when you book, you'll get her phone number. Celine is amazing - she met us at the villa much later than intended because we had a flight issue. She gave a great tour of the villa and great suggestions on where to shop since our luggage didn't make it. She was available the entire trip for whatever questions we had and her English is much better than she thinks it is :) The villa itself is incredible. The walls retract like a garage door so you have perfect views of the ocean and it is gorgeous (and private). The breeze is constant and refreshing so we barely needed the fans that are provided. The bedrooms all have air conditioners and they get very cool. The kitchen has everything you need. The pool is glorious and the villa has people who clean the pool twice a week. It's pretty breezy up at the house, so they leave a pool skimmer for you to clean out the pool in between. There are two cats that live on the property and they are so friendly and sweet. The youngest (a white male) will befriend you immediately. The older one (an orange female) will help take care of any ants and beetles you may encounter. They will eat the cat food provided on top of the fridge but they definitely prefer what you are cooking. My husband and I definitely didn't want to leave the villa after our week was done. It is the perfect place to relax and we can't wait to visit again and see our feline friends!

Vue magnifique

Vue conforme aux photos publiées donc magnifique. Endroit très calme avec les plus belles plages de Guadeloupe à proximité. La maison est très agréable avec ses pièces complètement ouvertes. Les finitions de la maison sont peut-être à revoir et il faudrait préciser que l'eau de la maison provient de la rivière et n'est donc pas forcement potable. Céline qui s'occupe de l'accueil est très sympa. Planteur et fruits à l'arrivée très appréciés. Possibilité de faire les grosses courses sur la route depuis l'aéroport à ste rose, 15 min de la maison. Sinon il y a une boulangerie, un casino une pharmacie et des restos à deshaies le village à moins de 5 min en voiture. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans la propriété. Reserve cousteau avec belles plongées et tortues à 30 min au sud , parc botanique de coluche très sympa à 5min en voiture. Un peu de vent a la maison, attention pour les enfants en bas âge, ce qui n'était pas notre cas car pas de sécurité piscine. Des voisins autour mais aucun vis a vis. Région encore très préservée avec peu de constructions. Un bar très sympa et branché surtout pour le soir à 2 min en voiture sur la plage, le karacoli. Je recommande cet endroit pour des vacances en guadeloupe.

Unbeatable view

We loved our stay and highly recommend this villa. One of the finest beaches in the Caribbean (Grande Anse) is 400 m away. We enjoy relaxing on our vacation and this was the perfect spot to do just that. Days at the beach, and enjoying the view at night - heaven! We loved the open concept villa that allowed us the enjoy the gentle breezes and the non stop views. We also enjoyed having the pool to rinse off the salt water at the end of the day. There is a well equipped kitchen and we had no issues with power or water pressure. Céline was very charming and welcoming. Merci pour ton acceuil chaleureux. We are definitely planning to return next year.

Well equipped house with a fantastic view

We had a fantastic stay with our three teenagers over Easter break in this villa. The stunning view amazed us every morning and the well equipped kitchen was nice to work in preparing some meals. The house was perfectly situated for exploring Basse-Terre which has a lot to see and explore. We walked down to beautiful Grand Anse beach a couple of times even though we got quite hot climbing the hill back. But a dip in the pool was perfect to cool us down when we got back. We really enjoyed the nicely cooling breeze that made the temperatures even more pleasant. A couple of power outages and a loss of water pressure drops the grade to a 4 otherwise everything was perfect with this house and we would gladly come back another time.
