「A Fabulous Stay at Hyatt Regency London Olympia!
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency London Olympia was absolutely fabulous from beginning to end!
From the moment we stepped out of our Uber, we were greeted by Dan, the bellman, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He immediately assisted us with our luggage and took the time to share information about nearby restaurants, shopping, and the convenience of Westfield London.
The hotel’s location is truly exceptional! Situated...

「The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around. I am happy about my stay and would like to...

「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus.
The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either.
The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and...
