The unit features tile flooring throughout the main living areas, with carpeted bedrooms for added comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee before heading to the beach. The master bathroom features a tub/shower combination, and the guest bathroom also includes a tub/shower combination. Holiday Surf 213 comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, offering a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a fabric sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room includes a 50” TV with a DVD player, while both bedrooms feature 42” TVs with DVD players. A standing fan is available in the master bedroom closet for guests who prefer extra airflow. This unit is also one of the few that offers its own private washer and dryer.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach.
