Great Vacation

The resort was a great location for walking to different stores, food places, and The Track. It was very clean and such nice people throughout the resort. Especially the managers and servers for the restaurant and coffee place. We will be coming back and staying here.

Just perfect!

We came to town for a gymnastics competition for our daughter…. Even though it was not peak season, still so much to do and this property was convenient to everything. We can’t wait to come back when it’s not cold out to really enjoy all the resort ameneties and surrounding area.

Christmas Vacation

Our family of 5 stayed here for our Christmas Vacation and it was wonderful. Great location and close to everything you need. Only complaint would be the pans in the unit, they were a bit rusty. Otherwise a beautiful home and view. Will definitely be back.

Bait and Switch

We booked here for a few days based on the photos. The interior photos are accurate, the exterior photos are for a completely different unit. There are zero water views. The master bedroom bed was inexplicably uncomfortable. The views were of buildings and parking lots. I had recently had surgery and informed the owners that there was no way we could stay there but we didn't arrive until 2:30am due to travel delays so checking in was a bit cloogy trying to find security people to provide the check in packet. I notified the owners immediately that we needed to check out. They, via text and phone call, indicated that they understood and that it was OK, to just let them know when we were out. By 10am, we notified that we had checked out. No refund was given, they didn't respond to vrbo inquiries as to the refund status (per vrbo). Three attempts have been made to resolve, to no avail. With so many amazing properties, I share our experience here to hopefully save you from going through an ideal like us. (FWIW, this is my first ever bad review after being a VRBO member for over a decade. )

We enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with bedding when we arrived and the host had it promptly addressed so that it did not impact our stay whatsoever. We enjoyed the pool and bar service from our lounge chairs. We did not get to try the restaurant on site. The condo was in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park, where there was convenient parking and the beach was not too crowded. The condo building was nice, a few areas could stand some maintenance, but it was sufficient for our stay and everyone was accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay! This was our first time in Destin (son’s baseball tourney). All 3 of our boys (ages 12-17) enjoyed the access to fitness center, pool and restaurant. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5.

5 Star Condo

This was my family’s first stay in Destin. We were there for my son’s baseball tournament. This was an exceptional condo. It was very clean, stocked and adorable decor. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation. The room was as advertised, clean and well decorated. The building had a great pool area and nice restaurant. Workout facilities had all the essentials to get in a good workout although some of the weights were a little beat up. The owner of the unit was very responsive and the on-site staff were very helpful. We arrived early and the front desk held our bags and gave us access to all the building amenities while we waited for our room. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Great Beach Getaway

Good location, good views, comfortable stay. We walked to the beach almost every day. It takes about 7-10 minutes. We also walked to Walmart to pick up some groceries. It's about a 10 minute walk away. Notice: The shuttle doesn't run on Monday and Tuesday! Plan accordingly.

It was ok

Stayed one week. The condo we were in looked nothing like the photos. It was nice don’t get me wrong. Light in kitchen did not work messages the number the first day to tell them and heard nothing back the entire time I was there. The pool was great my kids absolutely loved it. The shuttle to the beach was a plus.
