Guests are welcomed into Navigators Nest by the entry that leads into the main kitchen and living area. The kitchen is complete with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet storage, and stainless-steel appliances which include 2 full-size refrigerators, a gas range, and a large dishwasher. The kitchen has windows that look out into the larger of two indoor living spaces. With a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating, guests can enjoy sweeping gulf views while watching their favorite movie or sporting event. Adjacent to the living room are two dining areas. One that seats 6, 6 barstools, and one that seats 4 (16 total). There is also a king master suite next to the living area with a fireplace, seating area, and large ensuite bathroom. The living room opens up to the first of three deck spaces. The top deck space is appointed with oversized loungers that are perfect for watching sunsets.

The top floor is comprised of three King Suites with En-suite bathrooms, including two with jetted tubs that have Gulf views. There are also two bunk rooms. One contains a queen bed and queen bunk bed, and another bunk nook above the master has three twin bunk beds. Both rooms sleep 6 people. There are also smaller balcony spaces outside of two of the king suites with ample Gulf views.
The downstairs of this property is really what sets it apart from any other unit in Destin. Downstairs there are two queen suites with En-suite bathrooms, another extra full bathroom and the most unique, covered deck space you have ever seen. With two dining areas, barstools, a hammock, propane grills, and an extra refrigerator, this will be where guests spend most of their time gathering around the bar and making fun-filled memories at the beach. If you are looking for a place for a large gathering, or a wedding, THIS IS IT! Your guests will enjoy plenty of space to be on this huge deck celebrating with you. There is also the perfect ramp onto the sand for anyone to walk elegantly down the aisle.

When it comes to private beach security, our options are limited. The erosion control line is a local ordinance that allows the public to traverse up and down the beach and set up chairs in front of the beach service. Our suggestion for a more private experience is to purchase beach service to extend the width of the property on the days you are interested, for $60 a set per day. Or to set up your own chairs early on the mornings you would like this. We do rent back pack chairs that are available to you on a weekly basis, but we can't keep them on site due to maintenance and upkeep.
